Products and handmade variations
Many of our pieces are handmade. Small differences in color, pattern, size, texture, and finish are normal, are part of what makes each item one of a kind, and are not defects. Colors may look slightly different in photos and on different screens.
Product information and prices
We work to keep product descriptions, photographs, measurements, prices, and availability accurate. Occasional errors can occur. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Applicable taxes and shipping charges are shown at checkout. We may correct errors or update information at any time.
Orders and payment
Please review your order carefully before checking out, including the items, quantities, and shipping address. Payment is taken at checkout through our secure payment providers. An order is confirmed when you receive an order confirmation email. By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method.
We may decline or cancel an order if an item is out of stock, if product or pricing information is clearly incorrect, if a payment cannot be verified, or if these terms are not followed. If we cancel an order before it ships, we will contact you and issue store credit for any amount paid for the canceled items.
Shipping
Orders ship within 2–3 business days from Winter Haven, Florida. Delivery typically takes 5–7 business days within the continental United States after an order ships. We email tracking information when your order ships. Please see our Shipping Policy for full details.
Exchanges and store credit
Customers have 15 days from delivery to request an exchange or store credit. Items must be unused and in their original condition. Small handmade variations are not defects. We do not offer cash refunds, and we do not return payments to the original payment method.
If we sent the wrong item or your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 15 days of delivery with a clear photo of the item. We will send the correct or replacement item, or issue store credit if a replacement is not available. Please see our Exchange and Store Credit Policy for full details.

Please do not copy or use our content for commercial purposes without our written permission.
